A Woman Who Has Three Names.

Last night, I went out for dinner with my best friend.
After having dinner, she took me to a very stylish bar which has a huge aquarium.

As soon as we sat at the bar, she said to me, "I forgot to tell you this. Call me Miki here. Never call me with my real name. The owner of this bar is a customer at my second work place. He is one of the people I can't tell my real name."

To avoid affecting her career, she uses another name, Miki, there.

I said,"Okay. I'll never use it."

After a while, the owner came up and we talked a lot together. It was easy to talk without using her real name, but it was only the beginning. In the middle of the talking, I said her real name so many times that she nudged my foot under the table, every time.

After leaving the bar, I apologized and she said, "You are too stupid. You should not have reacted when you called my name!" But we couldn't stop laughing because I reacted to what I said by myself and my face seemed so funny to her. I'm sure that I actually acted oddly to recover what I said.

If you are a Japanese speaker you could imagine easily how difficult her order was.
In Japanese, we use the person's name instead of "you."

She has taken her friend there before and the person also couldn't call Miki so she decided that she will never take her friends there again. The friend calls her with a distinct name. He must be confused because he has heard her three names.
